Budget Friendly Comfort: Hotel Review at AmericInn in Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Updated: 5 days ago

Looking for a nice place to stay in Grand Rapids, Minnesota? Want a comfortable night's rest without breaking the bank but still maintain quality? Well, you're in luck! See why I give AmericInn in Grand Rapids, Minnesota a thumbs up!

Atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort are three main genres, on top of price and amenities, that I look into when looking for a night's stay. Does the hotel have a welcoming atmosphere with an inviting interior design to give a relaxing ambience? Is the hotel well-kept and clean allowing me to feel confident that the bed sheets are freshly made and clean towels are stocked? Does the hotel give me a sense of comfort that I will feel comfortable and knowing that I will get a good night's rest? The AmericInn in Grand Rapids, Minnesota is definitely a place that has the atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort for what you will need to get that good night's sleep.

Big resort hotels are of course always nice but if you do a lot of traveling on the road it can be very impractical. I needed a place to stay for a decent price without losing quality. I've had my fair share of staying at a hotel that I thought would be fine for the night but ended up feeling gross and questioned whether the sheets were even changed. It's hard to get a good sleep when the hotel lacks the three genres (atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort). Fortunately, the AmericInn in Grand Rapids, Minnesota exceed in all three and for a decent price. The amenities that they provide are a plus. There is an indoor pool with hot tub and complimentary breakfast. If you are traveling with your furry friend, they are pet friendly too. The staff is very nice and make sure that you feel welcomed.

One thing I noticed, is that there was no elevator. If you have a lot to carry, they have someone to help with your bags up the stairs to the second floor. If this is a concern, then you may want to ask to be placed on the first floor. For handicap accessibility, they have everything placed on the first floor.

The AmericInn in Grand Rapids, Minnesota is definitely a place that I would feel comfortable staying at again. Midwest NoBounds, LLC gives a "thumbs up" Seal of Approval for Places to Stay.
